Mark, one of the founders of MARYN International was working his way into law school... except he never made it that far. Instead, providing problem solving lubricants with the help of several key early partners became his focus. He was driven to help consumers understand the advantages of superior lubricant chemistry.
As the business grew, new innovations were required to advance the lubricant technology MARYN offered. Some of the world’s largest lubrication producers approached MARYN and requested the development of products that perform under the most demanding applications. MARYN has built on those relationships and continues to gain worldwide recognition for producing problem solving lubricants. Where it started with one young man; engineers, chemists, PhD’s and a vast network of distribution channels now stand. In 1987 the beginnings of a research lab and blending plant were opened in Calgary Alberta Canada; home of the corporate offices. where countless numbers of talented individuals have contributed to the successes of the company over the years.
The research of new products and applying advanced chemistry to everyday lubricants still has huge impacts within the industry and MARYN has found a place where the major oil giants, aviation companies and government organizations recognize and apply their technologies in all ranges of extreme conditions, biodegradable and environmentally responsible lubricants and in tune with OEM specifications around the world.
Today there are hundreds of products; many designed to perform for consumers who operate outside the box of “normal conditions” or for custom blends designed to meet specific industry needs.
