Band Saw Misting Oil is greater than 60% biodegraded in 21 days following the CEC L-33-A93 method. Designed for proactive saw miles who see the value in improving the quality, reliability and availability of their saws. Biodegradability minimizes the impact of oil on finished cuts and greatly reduces handling, toxicity and environmental issues associated with water and oil use on saws.

APPLICATION

Fill oil misting reservoir for each band saw unit as required with Triumph Band Saw Misting oil. Ensure the mister is running during blade use. Triumph Band Saw Misting oil typically reduces the volume of lubricant required. Incrementally adjust the quantity of oil misted while monitoring saw blades to ensure maximum performance.

Band Saw Misting Oil is recommended for use in all oil misted band saw units. May also be used in oil/water saw lubrication and cooling systems which requires high quality lubricant.
